Welcome! I'm Tracy Pham (she/her), the Founder of Mosaic Psychology and a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists in Edmonton, Alberta. I chose the name "Mosaic" for my independent practice to be a reflection of the different aspects that shape an individual. Similar to a literal mosaic, which is a distinctive and unique representation of pieces that come together, this is how I view individuals to be. Helping clients to recognize how these pieces come together to shape who they are and to understand how their lives are influenced by the things around them is something I am thankful to be a part of to help others identify and strengthen a sense of self and acceptance within themselves.
I have diverse and invaluable experiences when it comes to supporting individuals of all ages with a variety of presenting concerns and mental health challenges. I am open and keen to learn about different ways to support individuals in the way that they need. I have worked in schools, non-profit organizations, different programs within Alberta Health Services, and in private practice. My interests are supporting clients to manage challenges with emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress management, sexuality, life transitions, school and work-related challenges, and testing and evaluation. Additionally, I have years of experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorder symptoms and provide a neuroaffirming lens.
I'm looking forward to connecting with you!
